Hollywoodrath

Hollywoodrath, is a residential scheme sustainable homes (some 500no. units) located adjacent Hollystown Village, Dublin 15.  On this project, we provided a full landscape architectural consultancy role from inception through to on site realization.

The scheme boasts a Class One open space which offers a positive amenity in the local landscape.  Some of the key features include a multi-use games area (MUGA), formal playgrounds for a range of a ages and abilities, considered artwork and integrated SUDs features, all set within a new emerging parkland settling.

A double tree-lined boulevard forms the main ‘east-west’ access through the development, with feature entrance arrangements offering a quality arrival space and a sense of place.  A series of pocket parks are also located throughout the scheme which offer strong amenity value and an appealing backdrop to the built environment.
