This successful student accommodation, located in the heart of the Liberties, emerged through the sensitive refurbishment of no. 30 and 32-36 Thomas Street.  The development also features a six-storey building to the rear of the restored historic structures to maximize potential within the urban block.  The scheme features a preserved historic red brick wall which was retained as part of the external amenity courtyards.

The development offers a series of intimate courtyards, with contrasting backdrops and considered planting, which offer break out spaces for students and feature amenities including chess, table tennis along with an over-riding capacity for providing interchangeable functional spaces.  Contrasting paving patterns, with a variety of finishes have been considered throughout the scheme in an effort to characterize zones, respond sensitively to the restored structures as well as providing visual appeal.  Upper terrace amenity spaces have also been provided which afford views of the City Centre and beyond.
